Notice of public hearing of grant application
NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
TULARE CYCLE PARK GRANT APPLICATION
FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Tulare, State of California, will consider Off-Highway Vehicle Grant applications for Maintenance and Operation of the Tulare Cycle Park located at 2100 W. Paige Avenue. This project is considered exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Sections 15323 of C.E.Q.A.
The Parks and Recreation Department of the City of Tulare will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 22, 2010, beginning at 6:00 p.m., in the Claude Meitzenheimer Community Center 830 South Blackstone Street, Tulare, California.
